Why women and gays are better for 'Guest Relations'???

See around you. Most of 'Guest Relations' are either 'women' or 'gays'.
Why?
My theory is simple: someone who requests something or needs to be in contact with 'guest relation' is because there is something to report.
It can be simple or very rough. NO matter what, the 'Guest Relation' must be able to listen.
I SAID LISTEN...nothing else.
You can only act once you understand the issue and 'women and gays' are better listeners.
How can you help someone if you do not have the ability to listen???
You can never...so here is my theory: men need to learn to listen.
I think I did learn...that is why women like talking to me.
Do I take advantage of that???
